Logging In

Please use the email address you registered for the conference with to sign into the venue. For the password, enter your first and last name. Once in, you can update your profile, upload your picture, and take time to navigate the virtual platform.

The Agenda tab on the top menu shows the schedule for the entire conference. All times Eastern Standard.

Session Resources

Materials from the sessions will be available for download; click on the Resources tab to the right of the session video. They will also be available in the Resource Library after each session.

Q&A

Questions are welcome and encouraged! To ask a question, click on the Q&A tab to the right of the session video.

On Demand Videos After the Event

Don’t worry about missing any content. Within 48 hours, all content from your educational experience will be available on the platform for future viewing.

The virtual conference platform is browser-based and mobile-friendly. All you will need is a device (desktop, laptop, tablet or phone) and an internet connection.

Sign up online to get SYNC updates year-round.

We hope you will be able to join us for the full dynamic conference however we understand that is not always possible with everyone’s busy schedules. The good news is that all sessions will be available to registrants to watch on-demand post-conference.

Since the conference is virtual, you do not need to register for or select ahead of time the sessions that you want to attend. You can move around from session to session within the virtual platform and you will have an opportunity to view any sessions you missed on-demand after the conference.
